Andrew "Andy" Miller is a father, husband, and engineer currently living in the Raleigh-Durham area of North Carolina. Growing up in Buffalo, New York, he earned his Eagle Scout rank with the Boy Scouts of America which is where the Buffalo "Bflo" Eagle name comes from. He began his career as a Systems Administrator at the University at Buffalo where he earned his Bachelors of Science in Computer Engineering and Masters of Business Administration. He went on to become a FileNet Certified Professional while working as a WebSphere and FileNet Administrator at M&T Bank. In 2011, he was offered an opportunity to work with SPARC in Charleston, South Carolina to help bring the aging VA claims processing system into the 21st century. After successfully implementing a robust and scalable FileNet platform, he moved on to MetLife in Cary, North Carolina where he currently works on the Enterprise Content Management team supporting numerous FileNet and Image Services platforms globally.
